This a quick 3 hour class where you will get an idea of how stained glass pieces are created. It will be a 'introduction' class to the craft. All materials and tools are provided. Your piece will already be prepared for you to assemble. We will give a brief demonstration of how we score, break and grind the glass. You will assemble the piece by foiling, soldering and applying a patina. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STANDARD RATE OF R600 MEANS THAT YOU WILL CREATE A MYSTERY PIECE. Should you wish to select a template, there is an additional charge as per below. 16 is the max number that we can host IN studio. Should you wish to have a larger group, we can travel and do the class at a different premises. The food shed is open and you will be able to purchase coffee and food. Dresscode: thin long sleeve top, denim pants or apron with closed toed shoes, like sneakers or tekkies.
